My name is Inna and I am a bookkeeper and accountant.
I convert desks full of cluttered papers into organized, well-filed systems.
I am a professional bookkeeper working in the Greater Boston area. For me, bookkeeping is not about the numbers, but about helping businesses to be more organized. It’s about taking a desk full of cluttered papers and turning it into one organized, well-filed system.
I am detail-oriented and passionate about process so that I can strategically help my clients function steadily and grow. Because not every client has the same needs, I create customized solutions to properly serve each client. I work with small- to medium-sized companies providing predominantly remote support with monthly on-site visits. I visit my clients in person because I think being seen as part of your team promotes a level of trust that will only allow me to serve you better.
I love taking on new challenges, so whether you are a new company just starting out or a seasoned business with many desks full of cluttered papers, I would be happy to help you grow.

Meet Inna Minder
Inna Minder has been a bookkeeper and accountant since 2000. She graduated from Bentley University with a B.S. in Accountancy. Previously, she worked at a CPA firm in bookkeeping and financial support for 5 years before deciding to go out on her own.
Inna places value on remaining current with industry changes and regulations, attending training sessions across the country. Additionally, she continues her education with 16 credits of coursework each year primarily at the IRS tax program because she maintains her status a registered tax return preparer. This allows her to file on behalf of her clients.
Inna always puts her clients’ needs at the heart of her work to ensure accuracy, organization and growth, which results in her clients forging long term relationships that span over many years.

You can count on me for all of your bookkeeping needs. As a small business-owner myself, I understand the desires and pain points your company faces. Let me handle the paperwork so you can focus on growing your business.
Management and Maintenance
I can maintain a chart of accounts, as well as manage accounts payable and receivable. This includes vendor bill paying and customer invoicing. Additionally, I can record financial transactions, including purchases, sales, receipts and payments into Quickbooks files, on an either cash or accrual basis of accounting. Lastly, I can perform bank reconciliations and post summaries into the general ledger at the period end. While I work regularly with small businesses, I also have non-profit experience.
Tax Related Preparedness
As a registered tax return preparer, I can handle individual tax returns, payroll and 1099s for independent contractors. I can also process sales tax returns and make sales tax payments. While I do complete CPA work, I have a strong CPA network with whom I collaborate closely.
Business Set Up
I can assist in registering businesses with the Federal and State Governments, especially LLCs and S-corporations. If you're not sure what business entity you should be, I will help you make that determination and organize or change status accordingly. In conjunction, I can facilitate obtaining EIN forms. I can compile company transactions in the form of powerful financial statements and get them ready for a CPA. Additionally, I have a strong CPA network with whom I collaborate closely.
An important part of being a bookkeeper is consistency and an eye for detail. In this and many professions, the tools and software we use are often as important as the people that use them. I work exclusively with QuickBooks, primarily because it is efficient, highly customizable and provides numerous options for automation.
Looking for more reasons? Look no further:
- The software is easy, comprehensive and customizable.
- It works best for small- and medium-sized businesses.
- The software integrates with other applications for ease of use and customization.
- There are three different versions of QuickBooks, so it’s simple to find the solution that works best for your needs.
- Every document is white-labeled so that you can customize standard accounting documents for your company.
- Reports are easy to generate and comprehend, giving you the ability to pinpoint specific areas of interest in your business strategy.
- They have added accounting packages dependent on the type of business you run, providing industry-specific documents.
- Go paperless! QuickBooks lets you pay bills, send checks and much more online.
- Make tax season a breeze with automated forms from QuickBooks.
As both a bookkeeper and business owner, I understand the importance of staying on the edge of business trends. Here are some resources I recommend to keep you up to date and thinking about growth:
